Before operating the thai noodles making machine, matters should be paid attention to:

First check if the power supply voltage you use conforms to the rated voltage of the machine you buy, and the ground wire must be installed. Users need to equip insurance, knife switch outside the machine. Connected the power and close the knife switch. The green indicator light on the machine panel, says the machine has electricity. 
 

First set the temperature control instrument knob in the position of 65 degrees, then the green light is bright, heat, to the temperature, red light is on, which means stop heating, so stay 15-20 minutes. Then turn off the heating switch, back to temperature for 5-10 minutes, then boot. Before no boot temperature rising, need to put extrusion nozzle (aluminum) in hot water for heating. 

 

Before starting, close the inlet valve, pour flour water into the hopper, and then boot, open the inlet valve slowly, make the flour water into the machine, cold rice noodle at this time is unshapen, not forming until 1 minute or so, cold rice noodle is made. Then according to the speed of nozzle(aluminum) and curing degree of the liangpi, to determine the size of the valve switch. According to the liangpi effect to set its temperature, when reach the best effect can be twisted the white line above the knob of temperature controller, refers to where and adjust to where. 

 

The rice noodle making machine is with automatic constant temperature heating device. Such as the temperature to the indicated value, the heating power will automatically disconnect, lower than the indicated value, the power supply will be automatically closed. Before the end of each production, turn off the heating switch, electrical switch again, the aluminum head screw down, turned into the right amount of water after push the flour water in the machine clean, can be turned off.
